If your are selected to proceed through the various steps of our shortlisting process, you will be notified accordingly at each stage. No, there is no fee for candidates using our services. Our recruitment agency operates on a model where we are paid a placement fee by the hiring company when a candidate is successfully placed. This means candidates can take full advantage of our services without any cost to them.

The placement process varies, but generally, the recruitment process can take up to 2-3 weeks. Once profiles are handed to the hiring company, they may conduct interviews of their own. When the company identifies a suitable candidate, we will then conduct a final background check which usually takes between 2 to 5 days for results to come back. If the results are successful, the hiring company will be notified and will then contact the candidate. 

These processes are based on an average time frame; however, some placements can be quicker, while others might take a little more time.
