By uploading their cv to our database, candidates will be considered for suitable positions as they arise. If a position matches their experience and qualifications, they will be notified and included in the shortlisting process. Additionally, candidates can stay updated on job opportunities by following our social media platforms, where we regularly post job advertisements. Applicants can then apply according to the directions provided in each advert.
After submitting your application, you will receive a notification confirming receipt of your application. If your are selected to proceed through the various steps of our shortlisting process, you will be notified accordingly at each stage. Should you not qualify through the shortlisting process for a particular position, rest assured that your CV will remain in our database. This means you will have the opportunity to be considered for future job openings that match your qualifications and experience.
We provide extensive support to candidates preparing for interviews through our dedicated Candidate Area. No, there is no fee for candidates using our services. Our recruitment agency operates on a model where we are paid a placement fee by the hiring company when a candidate is successfully placed. This means candidates can take full advantage of our services without any cost to them.
The placement process varies, but generally, the recruitment process can take up to 2-3 weeks. Once profiles are handed to the hiring company, they may conduct interviews of their own. When the company identifies a suitable candidate, we will then conduct a final background check which usually takes between 2 to 5 days for results to come back. If the results are successful, the hiring company will be notified and will then contact the candidate.
These processes are based on an average time frame; however, some placements can be quicker, while others might take a little more time.
